Who can register on the KBC website?

KBC welcomes registrations from schools, libraries, nurseries, local authorities and other educational establishments.

How do I open a credit account?

When you place your first order, an account will be opened to enable your orders to be paid on receipt of invoice.

Will I receive a discount on my order?

The KBC website displays the RRP. Discounts are applied to all orders, regardless of size. The discount available varies. KBC Collections are already discounted. Special Offers are regularly featured on the home page. To confirm the available discount please email enquiries@kbc.eu.com

Does postage and packing apply to orders?

Orders placed via the KBC website qualify for **FREE** postage and packing.

Can I track my order?

Yes, please click on ‘view your orders’ within the login panel. An order history will then be displayed.

Do you accept orders from International Schools?

Yes, we are happy to accept orders from organisations outside of the UK. We have a wide range of IPC Collections tailor made for the International Primary Curriculum. Shipping costs will apply and a quote will be provided to you before your order is placed. Full payment is required before your goods are shipped.
